Privacy Policy
The Red Testament uses website information for Club communication, membership review, member services, site security, and limited internal traffic measurement.
Do not send completed medical, minor passenger, insurance, driver-license, or emergency-contact forms through the public website form or ordinary email.
Collection
The public request form may collect a name, email address, optional phone number, city, and message. The server may also include normal technical delivery information, such as submission time, IP address, and browser user agent, in the email sent to the Club.
Traffic Measurement
The site records the page visited, visit time, public or member access category, referring website, and browser user-agent information. A private salted hash is used to group repeat visits without storing the visitor's raw IP address in the traffic log. When a member is signed in, the log may include the member's road name and Club role.
Retention and Access
Traffic records are automatically removed after 90 days. The traffic dashboard is restricted to President Break Glass access and is used for site operations, security, and understanding general website activity. Traffic records are not published publicly.
Use
Submitted information is used for Club communication, general information requests, and membership review. It is not published on the website.
Operational Privacy
Private meeting locations, routes, staging areas, lodging details, member locations, home addresses, and sensitive member records are not published on public pages.
Secure Submission
Medical, minor passenger, insurance, driver-license, emergency-contact, and similar sensitive forms should be submitted only through a secure process provided directly by the Club.
